U.S. Army Spc. Chauncey Ikaika Akau, an AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopter repairer conducts routine maintenance between missions during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 at Camp Akathotsarot, Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 26, 2020. Akau, a native of Waimānalo, Hawaii, is assigned to 2nd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. Exercise Cobra Gold 20 is the largest theater security cooperation exercise in the Indo-Pacific and is an integral part of the U.S. commitment to strengthen engagement in the region.
