Navy Capt. Ryan Batchelor, the outgoing commander at Defense Contract Management Agency Boeing St. Louis, is a naval aviator who has managed to successfully lead his team while maintaining a work-life balance. Batchelor and his wife have nine children. He has been a part of the DCMA team for almost a decade during three nonconsecutive tours serving in multiple assignments.
