and the possibility of a civilian furlough. He explains how the potential furlough will affect the employees of USARC and also the Army Reserve as a whole.
Maj. Gen. Luis Visot, Deputy Commanding General Operations, believes that leaders must care for each and every soldier on a personal level. Command Sgt. Maj. Luther Thomas Jr., a native of Laurinburg, NC, not far from Fort Bragg and USARC, was recently selected to be the 12th Command Sergeant Major of the Army Reserve.
