Mr. James Balocki recently stepped in the position vacated when former CXO Mr. Addison "Tad" Davis left for a position in the private sector. Who is "the new guy," the top civilian employee in our command? He tells us about himself in his own words.

O Fort Bragg is one of the largest military installations in terms of land
mass, commands, units, tenants and total number of Soldiers, dependents,
civilian employees and contractors. With more than it's share of vehicles -
military and civilian in a variety of shapes, sizes and tonnage - there are
a lot of "moving pieces" that create traffic problems and hazards.
