We joined the ArmyReserve/H2F during their on-boarding course!

The Holistic Health and Fitness is an enterprise-wide system that combines all aspects of physical and non-physical human performance optimization under a single governance to enable commanders to improve soldier health and fitness for combat, March 31.

During the on-boarding course, the newest H2F team members learned different strategies to create a culture where soldiers autonomously and intentionally make optimal decisions with regards to their physical, mental, nutritional, spiritual and sleep practices.

"H2F is a System designed to help improve the overall quality of life of all Soldiers and their family members," said Sgt. 1st Class Nicholas Rice, H2F system manager. "To enable leaders the ability to effectively implement the system within their unit, we will be establishing 8 Programs."
