VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (April 7, 2020) - Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technicians assigned to East-coast based EOD mobile units conduct special patrol insertion/extraction (SPIE) training off the coast of Fort Story April 7, 2021.
