The 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight sets up and conducts controlled blasts at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, July 4, 2021. EOD members are experts in chemical, biological, incendiary, radiological and nuclear materials and devices. The unit helps ensure freedom of operations in a deployed environment by applying special procedures to totally remove hazards created by unexploded ordnance and improvised explosive devices.
