Fort Sill Soldiers tested for their Expert Soldier Badge and Expert Infantryman Badge March 11-15, 2024.

ESB/EIB testing measures an individual’s competency and ability to perform to-standard skill level 1 Warrior Tasks and Senior Commander-selected tasks, as well as measures a Soldier’s physical fitness and ability to perform the standards of excellence in a broad spectrum of critical skills. ESB/EIB training and testing is intended to be rigorous, mission-focused and conducted under realistic conditions. This testing recognizes quality Soldiers who demonstrate a high degree of professional skills, stamina and proficiency; In other words, it recognizes expert Soldiers.
