Army Reserve soldiers from the 652nd Expeditionary Terminal Operations Element, 840th Transportation Battalion, and 595th Transportation Brigade stationed in Kuwait teamed up with Kuwaiti contractors to conduct port operations on the USNS Bob Hope. This transition of equipment to and from theater provides necessary assets within theater while building strong interoperability.
