A one-on-one interview with Paul Stockton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and America’s Security Affairs; a profile of the most recent “ Expanding Your Horizon’s Conference” at NPS on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). This is a hands-on activity for girls in grades 5-10 who meet STEM role models and learn more about careers in STEM; some of the workshops focus on cool Navy careers including careers like Oceanography, Marine Biology and Cryptology. Lastly, interviews with the two recent inductees into the prestigious NPS Hall of Fame- Admiral Eric T. Olson, Commander, U.S. Special Forces Command and Walt Havenstein, CEO, Science Applications International Corp.
