Maj. Regino Hernandez, brigade chaplain, and Col. Michael Trotter, brigade commander, both with 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, honor those who lost their lives during the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, during an Expert Field Medical Badge ceremony at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 11, 2019.
