103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)

Soldiers from 86th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 11th Tactical Signal Brigade, of Ft. Bliss, Texas, conducting 24-hour wash rack operations in preparation for sending those vehicles home. All vehicles and equipment must undergo very thorough cleaning and inspection by customs officials before being loaded on railcars or ships.
