B-roll of the California National Guard's 40th Combat Aviation Brigade hosting a commissioning ceremony for Fresno State ROTC graduates. Featured is new 2nd Lt. Kyle Higginbotham. Ten officers were pinned their new second lieutenant ranks. Higginbotham joins two others into Cal Guard.
