April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, also known as #SAAPM. This year’s theme, “Change Through Unity. Empower. Protect. Prevent,” highlights the importance of eliminating sexual assault and sexual harassment by working together to build a respectful culture for everyone. Master Sgt. Rattana Bouakhasith, lead SARC, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Mrs. Celeste Brown, workforce management specialist, 405th Army Field Support Brigade, Sgt. Taariq D. Edge, G-1, U.S. Nato Brigade, and Spc. Vanielle Diggs, strength management specialist, 30th Medical Brigade, discusses how to fight against sexual assault and foster a climate of trust for all members of the U.S. Army team.
